    Infra Red photography

I have a small P/S ,a Sony DSC-W70 converted to a dedicated IR camera. It is a big advance on my EOS 550D fitted with a Hoya R72 filter. I am looking for something a bit better and need some expert advice on what camera to buy My choice will probably a second hand camera from Ebay and I am thinking along the lines of another Canon body as I would be able to use my present Canon EF-S lenses. I looked at a Canon D20 but read an article that said the D20 was not a good IR camera.
I perhaps should point out that unfortunately I do not own the local bank so any camera bought would be modestly priced.

If you are looking to do IR, any of the DSLR camera should have the IR filter removed. There is a lot of information on how to convert to IR on the web.
