Key chain photo cutter or key ring photo punch

I am a photo gifts shop owner. I bought a hand held key chain photo punch a little bit over one year ago. It is out of order now. I am also tired of its slow in cutting photos and am looking for a quality photo die cutter. Any one knows good one?

My body phoned me the place where he got his photo cutter. He couldn’t remember the exact time when he purchased it but definitely over 8-10 years and still working very well. Thanks. I doubt I'll ever be in the need for one. But I was thinking you could ask the people at theme parks, because they make keychains all the time for people from pictures they've taken at the parks.
