I'm a beginner, trying to figure out a light tent

    Hi!
Would you please help me understand why my photos have so much yellow in them. I am using a Konica Minolta digital SLR on automatic settings. My light tent has a light on each side. I tried with a light at the top and that one also came out yellow. What am I doing wrong?

White balance is off because of the lights you are using... either set a white balance if your camera allows or change the bulbs to something more in the 5000k range.

    Cheers, Don

If you shoot in raw, you can change the white balance easily in post processing.

I had the KM 5D. It has a manual setting for white balance. If you have a similar KM you can set it to manual white balance, put a few sheets of white paper in the light you are shooting, and set the white balance perfect.
