How do I submit photo's?

I just joined up on this site and I am wondering how to submit photo's. I am trying to find a cell phone camera photo contest. I hope that I am on the right site for that.

Welcome to the forums. A cell phone thread might be rather interesting but we don't have contests here.
I only upload from my ;hard drive and you pics have to be resized to no more than 800 on a side. Does a cell phone take pics larger than that?
