I'm a casual photographer who doesnt like to have to read a 500 page manual to point and shoot. But am intelligent enough to do so when time permits experimentation. Upon receiving a gift card for a returned warrantied Olympus Stylus I am limited to a few cameras through the same dealer. I have narrowed it to 3 choices. The Olympus Stylus 820, the Canon Powershot SD850 and the Canon Powershot S5. I would appreciate advice on which to choose? I admit the S5's 12X zoom is impressive but is it worth $100-$150 more? The main problem I have with it is its use of AA batteries which in my first digital presented non stop headaches.
