help me, please!!!!!

I have a 5-mega pixel Olympus digital camera that got stolen. I did however find it and was relieved, but the kid who stole it got a magnet on it or something and now there are perminant
lines on the screen. all the pictures taken have lines on them to! please help me! is there any way I can solve this problem?

Can you post an example? It's probably what's known as "banding" but I don't have any examples of this. I would guess you'd have to send it to Olympus if this is the case.
