    Help! Lost my negative scanner attachment

    Wondering if this has happened to anyone and what they did about it. I have an Epson 3170 that came with an attachment to scan negatives. Must have lost it in our move several months ago, and now I need it!! Can these be ordered from Epson? Any help would be appreciated, as I sure would hate to have to buy another scanner.

    I'm sure they have replacement parts available.

    Epson should have it, or at least a way to get it. A friend gave me a flatbed a couple of years ago that was missing a part. Somehow thru Epson's site I was able to get that replacement part but it was from a distributor that handles replacement parts for them. If this doesn't work out, try ebay - you never know!
