    Help copying photo on PR

Would someone copy a photo from an old post to a recent post on PR? And explain here how to do it? Or just explain - and I'll give it a shot.

I tried "copy/paste" and tried to go through properties and only got a link. I also tried uploading - but guess this option is for photos on my pc only.

    Link to photo to copy/upload

Post to copy it to - scroll down to my post "Liz" you will see where I put the link.

    In memoriam of Mr.Fitz

    Thanks for your help.

I don't totally get what you're saying but I think I got it.
    Right click on the photo
Left click Save As(save it where you can find it on your computer)
Upload it to the new post using the usual way here.

Re: Help copying photo on PR

Liz, I know this particular image is a little different since the OP died, but in general "copy & paste" with someone else's image is not a good thing to do - it violates our rule of posting only images that you have created.

But like I said, this case is different. Actually I think the link is even better - not only do we find the picture but some of his commentary as well. I think it's better to leave just the link but let me know if you disagree.

OK - thanks! I didn't realize that rule applied to copying something from one place in PR to another.......but understood.

Thanks for the explanation. I'll leave it at that.

    Steve,
I'm sorry I caused a little problem here with the photo rules........someone already posted the photo - although another photo of his is already on another link above - prior to mine.

Hope I didn't cause you some more work/time.

    Liz
