sounds to me like you have something OBSTRUCTING your view in your MIRROR PRISM. YOUR WARRANTY should cover GIVE ME MY $$ BACK or REPLACE IT.

A air compressor set to 15 PSI or so SHOULD remove the "speck" if done correctly.

touching a mirror isn't wise to do with a COTTON TEE, If you see visible marks.... they owe you a NEW MIRROR!!!!!!

4-8 weeks isn't a high estimate.... all manufactures say those very words!
