I live in Mississippi. The weather here is hot and muggy (humid). We pretty much live by the air conditioner around here.

I notice that when I go outside, my camera lens fogs up.

Is any damage being done to my lens or camera with this constant fogging ?

Is there anything I can do to prevent it ?

I know my Nikon D60 is not the most expensive camera in the world, but I like it and don't want to loose it.
