    Digital Frames

Since I am not a computer geek, are there any programs or additions to Photoshop Elements 3 that will allow me to add a digital mat and frame to my digital photos? Are these called plug-ins? Where do you get them? Does Adobe have an additional function that I could add to Elements 3, or do I need to upgrade to a higher version of Photoshop?
    Please advise.

    Re: Digital Frames

Onone's PhotoFrame products work with Photoshop Elements 3.

I use PhotoFrame Pro myself. It's a fun plug-in. It has realistic digital mats and frames, plus a wide assortment of other frame effects.
