Default settings

I just bought a D2X from a man in Orlando I cannot find out how to reset back to factory settings on this camera?? Any ideas:aureola:

Look at the buttons, look for two with a green dot near them, push the two at the same time, that will reset.

I did that but nothing happened. Should it show me that camera has reset to default?
Any help is appreciated. The owners manual does not even show in the index and manual line as well.

Sorry I picked up my D300. The D2x does not have a green button?

I found the default settings under the heading two button reset.
Does not make much since not to have default setting heading.
