Dark spot on Photos

I use kit lens.
Same in the viewfinder that’s how I found out and zoom in a bit to have normal images.
I have the polarizing filter when took these pictures, did not try without it yet.
I believed the SSS bar only jumps up and down at the LCD not viewfinder, I can double check it tonight.

ok, with the Sunpak 55mm circular polarizer off from the camera I don't see any black spots on the right top and bottom corners. Should I buy a different filter? if so recommedation on brands.
