casio ex- s600 doesnt open

my camera can charge and and send files to my computer, but its useless when it doesnt turn on with out the charge. The lens wont pop out and open. I tried everything to get this tiney little camera to work. I really need help, im in dying need to take pictures again.

Have you tried a new battery? If it works when it's plugged in, and it doesn't when it's not, the batteries are usually the first thing to check.

Yes the motor that drives the lens in/out draws allot of current, multiple amounts more than the camera electronics maybe even more than the flash.
