Hi,

I recently got a canon powershot sd300/ixus40 and the problem is that everytime I power the cam on or right after zooming in/out there's this weird scritchy scratchy noise that follows. I was thinking that it could be the mechanism doing its thing, but it's just a bit unsual.

If anyone could help out that would be so great. Thanks in advace
