I also use the newspaper's Canon Powershot Pro1 and on auto mode the pics were just as dark as with my Canon. I am a newbie with their camera, still looking for the zoom in button on the right when there isn't one. Should I be impressed with this camera? What other modes on it would suit my purposes more? I know I'm pretty helpless, but help me Obi Wan Kenobi..............
