Nikon lens compatibility question

I searched prior posts and couldn't find a clear answer to my question so at the risk of repeating a frequent question, i'll give it a go.....

I have a Nikon N-80 (bought in 2001) with 2 nikon lenses - a 28-80 and a 100-300. The simple question is will these lenses work (autofocus, metering etc rather than just mount) with the D70 or D100?

Yes, they will do all of those things.
