Don't get a Bogen-Manfrotto. I don't even know if they still make them, but I really don't like the way mine works. They are too complicated and have too many plastic wingnuts sticking out everywhere. Stroboframes are easier to use generally.

Stroboframe are the best known generallymost readily available. There are different sizes and if that is what you want to know go for one of the "Flip" series. There is a folding one that fits into your camera bag that would easily fit a D70s. I've used the standard 35mm sized Strobo with both 35mm film and digital pro sized bodies for years and they are tough and reliable.

Check B&H as if I recall they carry a better selection it seems. Though there is probably some West Coast vendor or a local store who might not charge too much. Good luck!

    Re: Camera Bracket(Flash Bracket)

They all work differently, so it's probably best to see one first. My favorite was the Stroboframe Camera Flip and it worked great with my F100. Problem was, it didn't fit the F5 or the Fuji S2 so I got the one that completely folds up to use with those cameras. The anti-twist plates help a lot too.
