    "Bargain" equipment on Keh.com

I've been looking at Keh for various lenses on my wish list. I noticed some that aren't too far out of my price range that are rated as "Bargain" grade are near my price range.

Has anyone bought things from them that are bargain grade? Is it worth while?

    Clara Rose,

I bought a "Bargin" body from KEH to use as a backup, and sent it back the next day, because it had major problems, shutter speed inacurate, light leaks, dings, dents, and extreme brassing. In KEH's defense they offered me a full refund or to apply the amount of purchase to another item, without any argument simply because I was not satisified.

Bargain means it's not pretty, as long as you can return the item, and the shipping isn't to costly, I would purchase the item as you can get some good savings!

Then again, if you spend some time on eBay, you can find some great 1st party used lenses for a song. If you pay close attention to the feedback ratings, that is.

I would never ever buy anything especially used items, over the internet unless I could return it for a full refund, within a reasonable time. So be sure you read and understand all the terms and conditions before ordering.
