    Ouch! (A Brief Whine)

I just dropped off a couple rolls of B&W for D&C at my lab, and the price went up... FIVE DOLLARS! Ouch! It's now $22+ tax. I'm going to start developing the film at home again, and paying for the contact sheets. I may even be forced to do some math to make sure that doing that saves money.

Just thought I'd complain here for a second!

It went up by five dollars? Thats pretty harsh. I'd be looking to do it myself if I was paying that much.

I usually pay 15 for a roll of 35mm developed to cd.

Walgreens is cheap in IL for developing a roll of 35mm color. I paid a little over 3 bucks and they will put it on CD for an additional $2.99

I plan on developing my 120 film here as soon as I figure out both my color and B&W chemicals.

Not a problem. Just pass the increase in cost along to your client!

The other day I picked up a 36 exp. roll of slide film from a lab. They had to send it out and it took about two weeks. The particulars remain sketchy in my mind as I went home and immediately started drinking. I think I paid over twenty dollars though. :aureola:

    That is not cool.

I was at my lab the other day and I noticed the two big film refrigeraters that were right behind the main check out counter are gone and there is one smaller fridge along the back wall. Doh! No price increases on C-41 or E6 so far, but I've decided to stop buying chemistry there because it's all expired.
