Negative Carrier and Film Cleaner questions

A couple of questions:

Does anyone in this forum still using Negative Carriers?

I have both the 35mm and 120mm Square format negative carriers and I would like to give people in this forum first shot before I list them on ebay. Both are Omega brand and I bought them new and they have not seen heavy use.

I also want to know if Film Cleaner expires?

I have a bottle of Kodak Film Cleaner that is not made anymore. Its Cat 195 6986

I am trying to find out if its safe to sell this or should I pour it down the drain.

Basically, there is no point in doing that if nobody still uses them or has an interest.
