I Had 2 Off Sony Dcr-tvr900e 3chip Units .one Has Been Stolen.
I Am A Diver & Therefor Have 2 Housings .what Is The Equivalent Or Better Latest Unit.that Will Fit The Housings. I Do Not Wont To Think At 60 Meters

I would suggest contacting the manufacturer if it is a third party case. They might be able to retrofit a newer camera inside. I looked at ebay and found quite a few cameras for sale to replace your lost one. Unfortunately, like almost all things digital, the size of newer cameras with the same features as your missing one have gotten much smaller.
