I have not one bit of knowledge when it comes to buying video cameras.

I want to buy a video camera that i can use while moving at fast speeds. The main reason i want to buy a video camera is because i go on a snowboarding trip twice a year to Winter Park, Colorado, and i would love to capture all of the good memories that i have, and even some of the wipe outs that occur.

I need a camera that wont be all choppy, and can with stain the weather pretty well. I'm looking for a camera than i can carry around with me.. and that i can hold in my hand while snowboarding, or running. One problem that i come across when I'm searching for video cameras is that i dont know the difference between the video cameras.. i think there is like an "analog camcorder" and a "digital" camcorder.. i have no clue which one will allow me to do what i want to do.

i come to this forum because i feel like there will be some video camera guru's that could help me out!

note that i also need a camera that can hook up the computer so i can upload my videos on the internet!
