    Battery type

Will a VW-VBG 260 battery work in the Panasonic HDC-TM55 camcorder?
    Thanks,

    Re: Battery type

When I worked in a camera shop I had a chart put out by one of the aftermarket battery manufacturers that told me pretty much which batteries would fit on which cameras, but alas I don't have that anymore. Try your local camera store to find out. the other thing you can do is compare the mount type and the voltage. If the mount type and the voltage are the same then 99% of the time the battery will work. The thing that changes is the capacity of the battery which is most commonly expressed in milli amp hours (MaH) but sometimes watt hours (WH). Basically so as long as it physically fits in place and the voltage is the same the MaH can be anything and the battery will work.
