XTi Firmware update

Don't know if this is quite the right place to ask, but I'm trying to update my 1.0.3 Canon XTi firmware to 1.1.1.

Unfortunately, it doesn't want to update.

It says "CF card containing firmware is required to update" after inserting a 2 GB CF card with the extracted firmware file on it and selecting "OK" on the firmware menu page. Nothing happens. It just sits there for as long as I leave it. I've tried it with no lens and a different CF card. It has a fully charged stock battery.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind. I'm an idiot. Wrong firmware.
