The Japanese automaker plans to offer around 70 electric vehicles worldwide by 2025, including 15 EVs, some with the new name "BZ". In a detailed announcement of broad electrification on Sunday, Toyota confirmed it was developing an electric truck that includes full electric and hybrid models. The Japanese manufacturer has not yet said which models will receive these technologies, but the company said it intends to bring electric power into the pickup lineup in the near future, including hybrid powertrains.
