the largest satellite operator in the SLOTXO UK, is entering the throttle phase of small spacecraft.


It said it would launch about 150 satellites into low-Earth orbit to boost existing telecommunication services.


These services - telephony and data links to ships, planes and other users traveling - are currently operated by large spacecraft at an altitude of 36,000 km.


The company also wants to expand its activities to terrestrial 5G.It called the new architecture an "orchestra".Rajeev Suri, CEO of Inmarsat, said:

The orchestra brings together different instruments, each supporting and playing a role in the masterpiece. We are building the Orchestra with the same idea,” said Rajeev Suri, CEO of Inmarsat.
