Fast CF and SD Card Reader for Extreme 3?

I've been on a manhunt for something that will transfer my CF and SD Extreme III cards all in one. I have found a couple that have been good, but they are either not both, or dont read Extreme 3.

Looking for something under $40 or so if possible, but willing to sit around the number. Anyone have that?

If not, perhaps a CF III only under $20?

Do you know why they don't read Extreme 3? Is it because the CF card is UDMA? It should still be readable on a non-UDMA reader, but slowly.

I have the Hama "USB 2.0 Card Reader 35-in-1" which reads just about anything, is UDMA compatible, cheap (less than $20) and fast (more than 20MB/s reading - I've tested it).

According to this article the Hama unit is not imported in the USA but it gives you some more ideas.
