    DVD Backup

Looking for a simple way to back up photos to DVD. Current software "Nero" puts buries everything in folders as if descending through layers of my hard drive which makes it very inconveinant. Please help!

I had Drag and Drop CD on my computer when I got it, it is simple as it gets, drag a folder, photograph, etc onto the icon and it is placed in the que, when you get all you want on the CD click the burn button. They make a DVD version now:

    Re: DVD Backup

It's all down to how you use Nero.
If you just drag and drop the photos and not the folders, you get just hte photos on the disk.
I prefer to drag the folder just above the photos, or the tree there.
    I have for example D:\pictures\F1\2005\testing\silverstone-Apr\jpeg
All I do is use explorer and drag the Silverstone-Apr folder to the Nero window.
My CD now has a folder Silverstone-APR and all my pictures are in the jpeg folder under that.
All the canon .CR2 raw files are in the Silverstone-APR folder.
So I get everything form one F1 test onto a DVD.
