A young man with a 13-year-old boy who was shot dead by a Chicago police officer last month fired a round that caught the attention of officials, prosecutors said Saturday.Ruben Roman, 21, was seen in a video of shooting weapons leading police to the Little Village neighborhood on the night of March 29, he and Adam Toledo, 13, fled the scene with officers to follow, prosecutors said.
