Want to upgrade my camera

I am an avid scrapbooker... and generally learning to take better pictures. I use and love the Kodak Easy Share... but am looking to upgrade my camera, and maybe a larger lense? Wanting some advice on what to buy next...and what I don't need. I also don't want to change my memory card. Thanks!

Don't have any clue as to the camera you have or the lense that it has. For all I know every Kodak camera is an "Easyshare"
Having said that I will still make 2 reccomendations: For less than $140 the canon A550 And for less than $200 The canon A570is. The 570is is worth the extra money. Both have a macro mode and an accessory ($100) external flash capability.
Unbeatable for the price.
Both should use the same card: SD.
