    A video camera

    Hey guys.
    I want to buy a video camera i dont have any experience.
    I got 200-300Euro for a camera.
    I want to add special effects to my movie i want good sound and make movies in the night.
    Also steady shot would be great.
    Can you guys search one for me?
    Because i dont know anything about camera's i only dont want a MiniDV camera or something just digital.
    I saw this one maybe this is a good camera:

    Can i add special effects at it and can i use it in the nighht?
    Is it a good camera and good quallity?
