Using in smokey place?

Okay, so... I don't want to damage my camera in any way, but thus far I haven't noticed any problems.

Is there anything bad/dangerous with using my digital camera (canon s80) in smokey ares such as camp fires or people smoking weed/cigs/narguila?

I have a Canon sd 300 and i took it where there was a camp fire and alot of my friends are smokers and i havent had a problem. So from my experience you should be fine.

I've used my equipment in smoky bars photographing bands. If some of those places don't bother any of it, nothing will! Camera bag or strap might stink a little though.

Sorry, no experience with camera gear around the non-tobacco items...
