Tripod?

I lost my tripod in a recent move. It was a cheapo, so gives me an excuse to get a better one. I am looking at the Slik Pro 700DX Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head which is about $130 from B&H. Any thoughts on this tripod, or can someone recommend a better bang for the buck? Thanks.

I've been looking for a new tripod myself - so far I've heard that the Bogen 3021 and Manfrotto 055 tripods are really good bang for the buck. (I understand these are actually the same tripod, just different branding.)

Disclaimer: I'm a noob so don't take my input as fact - it's just a lead. I still haven't come to terms with the fact that you can purchase the tripod legs and head separately...
