stupid question: dig cameras recharge 120-240v?

Ok, I just want to double check. I would assume all Canon cameras (particularly the SD850 IS) are capable of recharging in foreign countries without the need for some kind of power adapater? In other words they do 120/240v??? Just thought i should double check. I assume if cell phone chargers do this by default then so should a camera.

Welcome to the Forum.

Look on the back of your charger, and it should tell you. Both of my Canon chargers say 120/240 on the back of them. Don't forget, you may need an adapter for the plug end of your charger.
