    Sony cybershot 7.2

is this a good, reliable camera? i will be using it in conjunction with the underwater case for scuba diving, as well as as a normal use digital camera. budget is not an issue... id rather pay out for a decent camera than get a cheap, rubbish one...

    thanks for any help

    Re: Sony cybershot 7.2

Welcome to the forum Mark. I have never used this camera, but I see there are a few reviews on this sit for it. Here is a link to them:

    http://www.pcphotoreview.com/cat/dig...6_5648crx.aspx

I also saw 1 review posted on the B&H website. That review gave the camera a rating of 4.2/5, but it was in spanish so I have know idea what they said about it.

    Good luck, and welcome again!

Hey Mark, sorry about posting the wrong info. I just looked on this site, and I see that there aren't any reviews for that camera. You might be able to find some more info on the net tho. As for the underwater case, I have no idea. You can try checking at some sites like B&H and Adorama to see if they have cases for that model camera. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Yeah, that's the DSC W7 for future reference. Unfortunately we don't have any reviews on PR. But Michael gave ya good advice.

I just did a quick google search and found these site.

    http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/W7/W7A.HTM

    http://www.dcresource.com/reviews/so...ew/index.shtml

I didn't read it, but it looks like there is a lot of info about this camera.
