Sigma HOOD

My bro have the 400D camera and he bought the Sigma 18-200 F3.5-6.3 DC lens with it,i was searching to know what kind of hood can we stick on this lens,the model the number,the reference .... i found that it can be done with a petal hood type or rounded one.Plz any help will be much appreciated

The Lens is supplied with the Petal Hood "LH680-01". Your brother might want to check with the location where he bought the lens, unless the lens was not new.

The other alternative would be to use a 62mm threaded hood.
