Samsung Digimax 4010

I own a 4.0 Samsung Digimax i got for Xmas. Worked fine for about 1 hour,, than bateries went dead. So iput a new set in. Worked fine for 1 session,,,about 10 pics. Put it away for a month,,went to use it ..................Low battery again! So purchases 2 more new AAs and guess what,,,, Low battery right off the rip. Keeps saying LOW BATTERY,, beeps and shuts off. At first you can turn it back on and it functions fine for a few pics,, but other times i just cant get it to function.

Any ideas?

only two options really... fault with camera or u are useing the wrong batteries.. AA batteries come in many guises.. decent alkaline batteries are not ideal but they should work your camera.. the really cheap none alkaline type probably wont work your camera...
