Honestly I don't like the price, but I use a 3rd party battery in my D30 everyday. It hasn't been a problem yet.

well thats a charger and a battery, the 25 bucks isnt going to set us back much but we're more wondering if its likely to work correctly. Her original charger was stolen and we've looked on canonusa for it but they dont make it anymore, so we are kind of at a loss and neither of us are that savvy in the digi photo community so we dont know if ordering from some tech is a scam or what. Thanks again.

Anytime you buy a 3rd party iten for your namebrand item you are taking a certain risk, but really when it comes to something as simple as a battery you are pretty safe. My guess is it'll work just fine.
