Please help me buy a new camera

Hi everyone

I'm looking to buy a new non-SLR digital camera. My budget is at 450-500 Euros. I plan on using it for action shots (sports etc) but I'd also like it to take pretty good low-light shots. If possible I'd like it to have at least 7 Megapixels, take video with good resolution and fps (and have sound), and at least 4x Optical Zoom.

I'm probably asking for too much so please direct me to the model which is as close to these requirements as possible
