Penasonic DMC fz20

Im looking at the Penesonic DMC fz20, however i had two questions. Dose the camera have a Bulb (long exposure) setting, and dose it have the ability to shoot in black and white and sepia? Any help would be great.

Hmm, personally I wouldn't worry about shooting in B&W or Sepia because I'd do those adjustments on the computer. However, it does what you want ...
