Non-brand Battery chargers - OK?

I see battery chargers for the battery (not AA or other disposable) that my HP R818 uses, such as this: Power2000 Mini AC/DC Battery Charger (which I saw on eBay--there are other brands too). They include a plug for the cigarette lighter in the car, which would be useful. They advertise as being for the same battery for Pentax, Kodak, etc. cameras.

Has anyone had experience with one of these chargers? Do they work well? Comments welcome!

Hmm I had something like that a couple years ago. It was clunky at best as it had to have all kinds of adapters and such for each different type of battery. I wouldn't recommend it.
