Need new camera With Good Video

I'm looking for a decent video camera with max price or around £150 which has the following specs:

Records at 24fps or faster
Records videos with resolution of 1024 x 768 or more
Has more than 2x optical zoom
Records decent sound with Videos
and has quite a long recording time. (If its continueous recording and uses SD car, that would be perfect)

Could someone advise me on a camera with those sort of specs for that kinda of price. The resolution, the sound and the FPS are very important.
