Need Digital Camera advice! :)

I have a Nikon Coolpix 3200 which has served me well but is on its last legs. Here's what I am looking for...

• Under $250
  
• Fast recycle (recovery) time after flash goes off
  
• Good indoor/outdoor shots
  
• No red eye
  
• Sharp pictures - prefer 5.0mp if possible
  
• Decent zoom

Any thoughts? I wouldn't mind another Coolpix but from the reviews I've read they don't have the greatest recovery time - but maybe I'm not going to find that in my price range - what do you think?

find a canon a610 or a620....

Look at the Kodak cameras. They are a price bargain.
