My FUJI Finepix S9000 got dunked in water

I put it in a bag of rice to dry it out, and that seemed to work, but there is sediment on the backside/inside of the lens. Is there any way to remove and disassemble to wipe the lens clean? I really want to save this camera.

    Thanks

I dont blame you, nice camera. Is the sediment evident on the images? If not, might leave well enough alone. Otherwise, removing elements from a telescoping lens on a non dslr lens is close enough to impossible. Removing and replacing it with another lens would be easier - check ebay for a parts only sale of an s9000. Or, call fuji and see what they can do for oyu.
