Motorcycle Magnetic Tank Bag

I've recently added a tank bag to my BMW motorcycle - it sits on the fuel tank right in front of me. It has a soft magnetic base that holds it snugly in place without sliding around. What will the magnets do to my Canon 20D or CF card if I carry it and a walk around lens up front where I can get to it quickly?
