Mobile Hardrive w/ Digital Camera??

Now, here is the idea that has been running thru my head. A buddy of mine told me that it is possible to connect a laptop hardrive via firewire with a digital camera and record images directly to the hard drive encased and plastered to the bottom of the camera. Now, I was reading on here about breeze systems software. It seems like this could be possible. Has anyone done this or know of anything like this? I searched Google and couldn't find a thing on it.

I really don't think that is possible Jay at all. You can thether the camera to a computer and use software to capture the image while you are looking at a computer screen. Much like they do in shopping malls with the instant pics of children etc with Santa.
