Memory Card says it's full when it's not

I've had this Kodak easyshare C330 for almost a year now, and I dropped it awhile ago, and ever since then, whenever I turn on the camera the screen says that the memory card is full, even when there's no pictures on it. It's really frustrating. I've tried reformatting.. that doesn't work.. If anyone could help me I'd be so greatful, I've been racking my brains over this for awhile.

Does it say that when the card is not in the camera? Have you tried another card? Also does this camera have any internal memory?

I found that the answer was to get a separate card reader. I checked the card reader and found that it was full. I downloaded the pix, deleted the files and the card worked perfectly in the camera.
