Why is there not a seperate catagory for lenses? Does anyone shoot with Lester Dine? How are they compared to Sigma, Tamron, etc? Pros, cons?
Being new to DSLR's, I need to know more information before I spend big bucks and wish I had purchased something else. My understanding third party lenses are just as good and sometimes better than the lenses that come with Canon or Nikon for example. It is also my understanding that the lens is more important than the camera body.
