Hi guys, Im a newbie here. I have a Canon EOS 10D hand-me-down(yeah i was lucky haha). Anyways the thing is, just yesterday, I spilled soysauce on my english textbook, on a very important page too! LOL. Teaches you never to study while eating noodles.

Anyways, i tried to clean it, but it's soaked and it's gunna rip if i rub any harder, It's pretty think too, i dont think im gunna be able to get it off. I did some research and came across this thing.

let us scroll down to experiment # 2 and ignore our perverted tendencies hm?

it shows the camera going right through the spilled ink. I just wanna know if this works? There is a very high risk of it not working and all being a hoax to target man's daydreams, but right now I NEED SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!! Exams start in 2 weeks and i messed up a very important page >.<

i really dont trust that site, but does anybody know if the same results can be achieved with other IR filter lenses?

thanks people
